I'm a complete beginner when it comes to exercise. Will this work for me?
Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!
What kind of results can I expect?
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in! You get what you put in!
Do I need any equipment for this program?
Not necessarily. This program is designed to be 100% equipment-free, so you can do it anywhere—at home, in a hotel, or even outside. All exercises use your body weight to help you build strength, burn fat, and improve endurance. However, as you progress, it will benefit tremendously to get some light weights. I will be checking in with you and your progress so we can move up to some new exercises with weights when you are ready.
How long are the workouts?
Each workout typically lasts around 30 minutes, depending on the intensity and your fitness level. The goal is to maximize results in a short amount of time, so you get an effective, full-body workout without spending hours exercising. As you get stronger, we will modify them and make them 45 minutes and even up to an hour.
What if I miss a workout?
Life happens, and that’s okay! If you miss a workout, just jump back in when you can—no guilt, no stress. This program is designed to be flexible, so focus on progress, not perfection. The most important thing is to keep movin'
